Book Club

Join in a lively discussion based on three books authored by intrepid historian, Dr. Sally Roesch Wagner: Sisters In Spirit, We Want Equal Rights, and The Women's Suffrage Movement.

She recounts the compelling struggle for freedom and equality waged by women in the US and documents the influence and inspiration Native American women gave to this dynamic social movement.

We will also view the PBS short documentary, Without A Whisper.

Vonna Pitel and Christy Schwan will co-facilitate our discussion.
